Before I embarked on the Freya course I felt disconnected from my femininity and 'unsure' of myself in relation to romantic relationships. Since completing the course I feel more secure in my femininity (serene), and understand how to better communicate with the men around me - father, brother, friends and potential romantic partners. Through participating in Freyja my relationship and myself have done a complete 180. This 12 week course has helped me unravel so many of the old limiting beliefs and societal programming around masculinity and femininity I had been carrying around with me. It has been incredibly eye-opening and refreshing to the misleading information we have been told as women about what will make us happy and fulfilled. I honestly feel like a weight has been lifted off my shoulders and I can rest and relax.
Not only did the knowledge within freyja help me to understand and respect my man for who he is and how he does things, it helped me to understand myself and my own femininity, which, turns out, had been quite foreign to me in the past. It has helped me to find the permission within myself to accept and start to embody my feminine self, learning to slow down and live my life from a much softer, more receptive space. This has brought so much more peace, joy and spaciousness into my personal and relational life.
I have completely shifted how I show up and communicate within our relationship and everything has changed. I can see my partner clearly now as the man that he is as opposed to the man/boy I was worried he was or would turn into. I fully trust his decisions and how he chooses to live his life. I fully trust and respect him in general now. Because of this I now feel much softer, safer, and more relaxed and my partner has fully stepped up and stepped into the leadership role within our relationship. I have learned how to step back and in turn he has stepped forward. Everything I had been wanting within my relationship before is happening now, and with ease!
The whole experience has helped me to start the process of letting go of what does not serve me and appreciate the beauty and magic in our polarity. It really is true that we are the perfect opposites, no better or worse than the other, perfectly made to support one another.

Taking the Freyja course with Dr Sasha was an incredible experience! I loved the intimacy of the small group, the commitment and sharing involved created a strong bond between students. Sasha has a wealth of knowledge and such a passion around sharing this topic with as many women as possible, and I can see why! It is really life changing to consider our biological differences in order to communicate effectively and build harmony within our relationships. How do I share about the Freyja course? I've been sitting with the treasure trove of information that Dr Sasha has imparted over the past 12 weeks and I will try to share just how life changing this experience has been.

The Freyja course was absolutely life changing. I have been in a long-term relationship with my husband for 29 years. We started dating at 18 and have 3 children who are now teenagers. We have had a very good relationship, though we’ve had some ups and downs. The real issue was my suffering with multiple conflicts that I was struggling to resolve. The conflicts were impacting my health and my happiness. At the completion of the course, I now possess a whole new understanding of my husband and men in general. I have a much greater appreciation for men; especially my husband. I have an understanding of how to communicate my needs and desires, more effectively. I can express in a way that increases his masculinity and happiness as well. I feel like I am seeing everything through new eyes. I see, so clearly, his undying love for me which I sometimes lost sight of before.
