Your place in the Freyja course is only secured once full payment or deposit has been received. If a deposit is paid, the reminder balance must be paid 4 weeks before classes start or your place will be offered to someone else. Deposits will not be returned.
Upon payment, you will receive a confirmation email further course details, will follow a week before classes.
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, so we offer the following cancellation options:
• Refunds: Refunds will only be provided if we cancel the course. We do not offer refunds for participant cancellations.
• Cancellations (before the course begins):
• If you cancel 30 days or more before the start date, you may request a refund minus a 10% administrative fee plus any applicable banking charges (which vary based on your payment method).
• If you cancel less than 28 days before the course starts, your payment is non-refundable.
• Transfer to a Future Cohort:
• You may transfer your place to a future course cohort for a 10% administrative fee, provided you request the transfer at least 14 days before the start date of your original class.
To maintain the interactive and intimate nature of the Freyja course, participants must adhere to the following:
✔ Live Participation: Sessions are conducted live via Zoom, and active participation is required.
✔ Camera & Audio: A working camera and microphone are necessary for engagement.
✔ No Recordings: Personal recordings are strictly prohibited – video, sound, or transcription. Ladies will be asked to leave if they do, and will not be able to participate in any future events with Sasha.
The Freyja course is a safe and private space where women openly share personal experiences, insights, and challenges.
To protect the privacy of all participants, by enrolling in this course, you agree to the following:
✔ Respect the confidentiality of all stories shared during the course.
✔ Do not share or discuss another participant’s story outside of the class unless you have explicit permission from the person who shared it.
✔ Note-taking is permitted, but notes may only be shared within your class.
✔ Violation of this privacy policy will result in removal from the course and Freyja Telegram groups without refund.
✔ MP3 or summary notes are not to be shared outside your class, not even in the wider Freyja circle. They were made for your class only.
Creating a secure and trusted environment is essential for women to feel completely open and supported in this course. Your commitment to confidentiality ensures that all participants can share freely, without fear of their privacy being violated.
We understand that the Freyja journey has a powerful and lasting impact on how people think, feel, speak, and work — and we celebrate that. Many participants naturally begin to integrate what they’ve learned into their lives and professional practice, and this ripple effect is not only welcomed but intentionally built into the work.
However, participation in Freyja does not grant permission to teach, replicate, translate, adapt, or deliver any Freyja content — including, but not limited to, the course structure, exercises, processes, practices, frameworks, concepts, or language — whether in part or in whole.
