Introduction

At Freyja™, we honour commitment — to ourselves, to our word, and to each other.
When you register for a Freyja™ course, your place is held just for you in an intimate group of eight women.
For that reason, we ask that you read our cancellation and refund policy carefully before booking.

We understand that life can be unpredictable, and while we always strive to be fair and compassionate, the following terms ensure that every participant is treated equally.

1. Booking & Deposits

• Your place in a Freyja™ course is only confirmed once full payment or a deposit has been received.
• Deposits are non-refundable, as they secure your space in a small group.
• The remaining balance is due four (4) weeks before the class begins.
• If payment is not received by this deadline, your place may be offered to another participant.

2. Refunds

Refunds will only be offered if Freyja™ cancels the course.
We do not issue refunds for participant cancellations, missed sessions, or changes in personal circumstances.

If you have paid in full and the course cannot go ahead as scheduled, you may choose between:

• A full refund, or
• A transfer to a future Freyja™ cohort at no additional cost.

3. Cancellations (Before the Course Begins)

If you need to cancel before the start of your course:

• 28 days or more before the start date: you may request a refund minus a 10% administrative fee plus any applicable bank or card charges.
• Less than 28 days before the start date: all payments are non-refundable.

Refunds will be processed using the same payment method originally used for booking.

4. Transfers to a Future Course

You may request to transfer your place to a later course cohort, provided:

• The request is made at least 14 days before your class begins.
• A 10% administrative fee applies to cover reallocation and processing.
• Transfers are subject to availability.

Only one transfer per registration is permitted.

5. Payment Plans

Payment plans (in two instalments) are available for your convenience.

Please note:

• The same payment card must be used for all installments.
• This option includes a small additional cost (approximately £45 total) due to processing fees. If payment bounces you will be charged £15 admin fee each time.
• Failure to complete all payments may result in removal from the course without refund.

6. Missed Classes

All Freyja™ classes are live experiences.
Because of the personal and interactive nature of the course, recordings are not automatically provided.

One recording may be granted at the team’s discretion in exceptional circumstances. Maybe only be requested before hand in the telegram group.

7. Course Cancellation by Freyja™

If we ever need to postpone or cancel a class due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be given the choice to:

• Add a class on if at all possible
• Or you will be given a MP3 of the class that was cancelled along with more indepth notes.

We will always communicate promptly and transparently should this ever occur.
