Over the past year, we’ve heard the same request again and again: “Please offer Freyja in Spanish.” Today, we’re delighted to introduce Ro — the Freyja-authorised teacher for Spanish — and to share why this step matters for the women we serve.
Who Ro is
Rodrigo “Ro” Vargas is passionate about the relationship between biology, consciousness, and communication. With a background in education, music, and conscious entrepreneurship, he brings a grounded curiosity to everything he teaches. Women don’t experience him as someone who simply talks about relationships; they feel met by a facilitator who listens deeply, names what’s true with care, and offers tools you can use that same evening around the dinner table.
Personally selected and mentored by Dr. Sasha to lead the official Spanish version of Freyja, Ro teaches with clarity, warmth, and respect for lived reality. His style is steady, inviting, and practical — the kind that helps you choose wisely: when to lean in, when to step back, and how to hold a clean boundary without hardening your heart.
Why now? Why Spanish?
The short answer: women asked. Language isn’t just words; it’s the way meaning lands in the body. When a concept arrives in your mother tongue, it settles more deeply and becomes easier to live.
At the same time, Freyja continues to grow internationally. To keep quality high as we expand, we’re welcoming carefully selected Freyja-authorised teachers who deliver the same curriculum, notes, homework, and small-group rhythm that women love — now in more languages. With Ro leading the Spanish programme, more women can enter the work in a way that feels natural from the very first session.
