Meet Martin, our new German and Hungarian teacher

Sometimes growth looks like coming home to what works — and sharing it in more languages so more women can use it. Over the past year, we’ve heard the same request again and again: “Please offer Freyja in my mother tongue.” Today, we’re delighted to introduce Martin, our Freyja-authorised teacher for German and Hungarian, and to share why this step matters for the women we serve.

Who Martin Is

Martin is a farmer, a husband, and a father of four. Together with his family, he runs a working permaculture farm with cattle, free-range pigs, chickens, ducks, geese, horses, and goats. His life is braided into the rhythms of land and seasons — and that grounded reality shows up in his teaching: steady, clear, and refreshingly real.

More than two decades ago, Martin began studying biological principles with a relentless curiosity for how nature truly works. What makes him unique is his ability to distil complex biological and relational dynamics into practical insights you can apply that evening at the dinner table. Women don’t experience him as someone who simply talks about relationships; they feel met by a teacher who understands lived reality. He notices the hidden patterns that tangle communication and shows how to work with them to build strong, honest, nature-aligned relationships — with men, with sons, and with oneself.

Why Now? Why German and Hungarian?

The short answer: women asked. Language isn’t just words; it’s the way meaning lands in the body. When a concept arrives in your mother tongue, it settles more deeply and becomes easier to live.

At the same time, Sasha — who has been teaching Freyja in German from the very start — is expanding his focus. He’s opened Wodan, a powerful programme for men, while continuing his private practice and couples therapy work. To keep Freyja accessible in German (and to open our doors to Hungarian-speaking women), we chose to welcome Martin as a Freyja-authorised teacher. This is continuity, not dilution: the same curriculum, notes, homework and small-group rhythm — the same Freyja, in your language.

What Stays the Same (Because That Matters)

  • The original Freyja curriculum developed by Sasha
  • Live, interactive small-group sessions with a clear weekly rhythm
  • Practical homework, concise notes, and real-life application
  • The tone: compassionate, grounded, biologically honest

In other words, if you’ve heard women speak warmly about Freyja, that is exactly what you’ll receive with Martin — just in German or Hungarian.

A Teacher Shaped by Real Life

Because Martin’s life is woven into the cycles of land and animals, his teaching carries a natural proportion. He brings humour at the right moment, clarity when things feel tangled, and a calm steadiness that helps you choose wisely: when to lean in, when to step back, when to draw a clean boundary without hardening your heart. Many women find that this combination — biological understanding plus lived practicality — is what finally makes change stick.

How to Join Martin’s Cohorts

German and Hungarian cohorts are scheduled and hosted by Martin. You’ll book directly on his site. Once enrolled, you’ll receive the same Freyja materials, rhythm, and community support you’d expect anywhere in Biorelations.

A Note on Spanish (¡hola, Ro!)

Because so many of you have asked for Spanish, we’re also welcoming Ro to teach Freyja in Spanish. We’ll share a dedicated post introducing him and his cohorts soon — but for now, consider this your whisper-in-advance: more languages are coming.

Why This Expansion Matters

Women learn best when they feel safe, seen, and spoken to in a way that lands. Expanding languages is an act of care. It allows mothers, professionals, students, and grandmothers to meet the material without translation fatigue, to practise in real time, and to build community with women who share not only values but vocabulary. It’s also a commitment to quality: instead of scattering, we are deepening — selecting and mentoring authorised teachers so the heart of Freyja remains intact while the circle widens.

A Warm Welcome

Martin, we’re glad you’re here. To every German- and Hungarian-speaking woman who has been waiting: your seat at the table is ready. Come as you are. Bring your questions, your courage, your sense of humour. Freyja in your language is ready to meet you.
