Born as the younger of twin brothers on March 5, 1971, in Regensburg, Dominic has always been in the best of company. Early childhood education began in Ulm, the birthplace of Albert Einstein, where the family relocated for work. Following graduation from a boarding music high school, Dominic pursued medical studies while his twin brother entered military service—their first separation. Though medical school was initially engaging, deeper philosophical questions arose for which traditional education provided no answers. At the end of 1991, these questions led to a new path as Dominic joined the Croatian Army's elite unit, serving until 1993.
